EP减阻剂在抚顺-鲅鱼圈成品油管道的应用

Application of EP DRA in Fushun-Bayuquan Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 随着抚顺石化公司成品油产量的增加,抚顺-鲅鱼圈成品油管道的输送能力已不能满足生产要求。为此,在管道中注入EP系列减阻剂,使管道的沿程摩阻因数减小,管路特性曲线更趋平缓。保持与注入EP系列减阻剂前相同流量的工况条件,通过变频调节将泵转速降低,管路特性曲线与泵特性曲线相交于新的工况点。通过对管道注入减阻剂前后泵特性曲线和管路特性曲线图进行分析,定性地说明了在成品油管道注入EP系列减阻剂可以取得节能和提高管道输油能力的效果;通过对管道注入减阻剂前后的实际运行参数进行计算,定量地说明了在成品油管道注入EP系列减阻剂的节能和提高管道输油能力的效果。

     

    Abstract: The throughput of products increases in FuShun Petrochemical Company, which obviously limits the transportation capacity of Fushun-Bayuquan Products Pipeline. However, injecting EP DRA can reduce the friction drag of the pipeline to increase throughput. In experiment, the flow rate is kept constant, the rotation speed of pump is decreased through the frequency conversion, and finally the new working condition point is got by crossing the characteristic curves of the pipeline and pump. Through analyzing the pump and pipeline characteristic curves before and after injecting DRA, the effectiveness in energy saving and throughput increase by means of EP DRA injecting can be qualitatively displayed. Results from the actual running parameters before and after injecting DRA quantificationally show the effectiveness in energy saving and throughput increase by means of EP DRA injecting.
