  • 摘要: 川气东送管道穿越长江7处,总长15.3 km。通过分析管道穿越方式和选择穿越方案的技术要点,最终基于不同穿越点的地理位置、地质情况和技术难点,分别采用了盾构隧道、钻爆隧道及定向钻穿越方式。其中:南京定向钻长江穿越,创长输管道定向钻穿越长江最长和管径最大的世界纪录;忠县长江隧道穿越创长输管道过江隧道净空断面最大的国内纪录;安庆长江盾构隧道穿越工程首次采用地压平衡法穿越粉细砂地层,创长输管道盾构隧道穿越长江跨度最大的国内纪录;宜昌长江盾构穿越连续掘进635 m卵石层,创国内纪录。7处穿越工程技术难点及其处理措施可为类似管道穿越工程提供指导。

     

    Abstract: NG Pipeline Project from Sichuan to The East has 7 crossings passing through the Yangtze River, and the total length is up to 15.3 km. By analyzing the crossing ways and considering the key points in the crossing scheme, based on different geological conditions, the crossing project is implemented with shield-driven tunneling, drilling & exploding tunneling and directional drilling crossing, respectively. Among these crossings, the world record as the longest pipeline directional drilling in the Yangtze River and the largest in pipe diameter has been created in Nanjing directional drilling project; the domestic record as the largest cross section area has been borne in Zhongxian crossing project; the domestic record as the largest span in long-distance gas transmission pipeline has been set up in Anqing shield-driven tunneling project, and the ground pressure balance method crossing the sand layer is first applied; the domestic record as the continuous tunneling a 635-m'length has been put on hold in Yichang shield-driven tunneling project. The above project cases accumulate the construction experience for future similar crossing project.
