  • 摘要: 在使用达西公式计算管道摩阻时,通常推荐使用Colebrook-White方程,但该方程为隐性方程,求解过程需要较繁琐的迭代计算,不适合现场工作人员使用。采用11个精度较高的Colebrook-White方程的显性近似替代式,对西南成品油管道各个管段在输送不同介质条件下的摩阻因数进行计算,将计算得到的沿程压降值与实际沿程压降值进行对比和误差分析,确定了最适合计算西南成品油管道各个管段摩阻因数的Colebrook-White方程的显性近似替代式。由分析结果可知:使用Colebrook-White方程的显性近似式代替需要迭代求解的Colebrook-White方程,可以达到简化计算摩阻因数的目的。

     

    Abstract: When using Darcy formula to calculate the pressure drop, it is generally recommended to use the Colebrook-White equation to compute the friction factor. However, since the equation is an implicit one, it requires iteration algorithm to obtain the result. So this equation is not suitable for field staff. The paper adopts and applies 11 explicit Colebrook-White approximate equations to obtain the friction factor of Southwest Refine Products Oil Pipeline for different transportation medium. The computed pressure drop is compared with the actual pressure drop, and the error analysis is performed thereafter. Then the most suitable explicit Colebrook-White approximate equation is determined. The results show that the friction factor can be computed more easily when using the explicit approximate equation to replace the implicit one.
