立式储罐液体泄漏过程的模拟实验

Leakage process simulation of vertical tank

  • 摘要: 以液体储罐的孔洞泄漏模式为研究对象,设定泄漏时压力保持不变,建立液体泄漏模型。通过实验模拟圆柱形立式储罐液体的泄漏过程,分析泄漏量、质量泄漏速率和液面高度与泄漏时间的关系。结果表明:单孔泄漏时,随着泄漏时间的延长,液面高度降低,泄漏量增加,质量泄漏速率降低,且液体泄漏量、液面高度和质量泄漏速率的变化速率随泄漏时间的延长逐渐减小;泄漏量和质量泄漏速率的实验值与理论计算值相近;当量泄漏面积相等时,两个小孔同时泄漏的泄漏量近似等于单孔泄漏量。研究结果可为危险性液体储罐泄漏事故的应急救援和事故后果的定量分析提供依据。

     

    Abstract: By taking leak mode of liquid tank as the research object and setting leaking pressure as invariant, liquid model is built. The relationship between leak time and leakage volume, mass rate and liquid height are analyzed by simulation leak process in cylindrical vertical tank. The results show that decreasing liquid height, increasing leakage volume and decreasing mass rate are found with prolonged time at one hole mode, and the change rate of the leakage volume, mass rate and liquid height are decreased. Test value of leakage volume and mass rate are near to theory calculated ones. The leakage volume from one hole and two holes at the same time are nearly equal when the leak areas are the same. The research results offer scientific basis for emergency aid and consequence quantitative analysis of dangerous liquid tank leakage accident.
