3PE管道的防腐补口方式

Field coating for welded joint technique of 3PE pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了热收缩带补口和液态环氧补口的施工程序与要求,并对这两种补口方式的优缺点进行了分析、比较。介绍了解决液态环氧与3PE防腐层粘结问题的具体措施:改变工厂预制环氧底漆的留头方式,提高液态环氧与3PE防腐层的粘结力。建议用液态环氧替代热收缩带补口,以提高3PE管道的补口质量。

     

    Abstract: Application procedures and requirements of field coating for welded joint by heat shrinkable sleeves and liquid epoxy are introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of the two techniques are analyzed and compared. Specific countermeasures to eliminate the bonding between liquid epoxy and 3PE coating, namely changing the set width of parent coating of pipe joint prefabricated in coating yard, are introduced so as to improve the bonding capacity of liquid epoxy with 3PE coating. Field coating for welded joint by liquid epoxy to instead heat shrinkable sleeves is recommanded in order to improve the quality of field coating for welded joint for 3PE pipe.
