管道油品泄漏原因及其对环境的影响

The influence of oil pipeline leakage on environmental pollution

  • 摘要: 根据多年油气管道性能的评价数据统计报告,总结了引起油气管道泄漏的起因,并根据导致的平均泄漏量大小对各种泄漏起因进行排序,依次为:机械损伤、第三方破坏、自然灾害、操作失误和腐蚀。对比分析了5种泄漏起因引起的泄漏量和环境污染面积等情况。介绍了影响环境污染程度的因素,包括泄漏程度、泄漏处油品喷射方向和泄漏孔所在位置等。讨论了泄漏孔大小与泄漏量之间的关系。分析结果可为管道维抢修提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: According to the statistic reports for evaluation data of oil-gas pipeline performance, the origin of pipeline leakage is summarized. And these origins are collated in sequence in response to the magnitude of resulting average leakage rate, that is, mechanical damage, the third-party interference, natural disaster, maloperation and corrosion. The leakage rate and the polluted area caused by the above origins of leakage are analyzed. The influencing factors in environmental pollution level, such as leakage range, spilling direction of oil at leakage source and location of leakage hole, are presented. And relationship between the size of leakage source and leakage rate is introduced. The analysis results can provide with scientific basis for pipeline maintenance and repair.
