川气东送管道江西支线的投产置换

Commissioning and displacement of Jiangxi Branch Pipeline in Sichuan Gas-to-East Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对川气东送管道江西支线与干线不同期投产的情况,介绍了江西支线首站扩建部分与干线站场的天然气管道、放空管道、排污管道等的连头方案和安全措施。阐述了江西支线投产前的氮气封存方案,即分为黄梅站江西支线分输部分和支线管道两部分进行氮气封存。介绍了江西支线投产过程中的阀门调流、管道置换和升压过程,通过合理调整江西支线首站的输气流程,利用二级调流方法,完成江西支线气推气置换和天然气升压过程,取得了良好的控制效果。投产置换过程的检测数据表明:氮气置换天然气的效果良好,置换方案是可行的。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the different commissioning time of Jiangxi Branch Pipeline and Trunk-line in Sichuan Gas-to-East Transmission Pipeline, the design scheme and safety measures about the extension facilities of Initial Station of Jiangxi Branch Pipeline tiedin with the venting pipeline and drainage pipeline in stations along the Trunk-line are provided. The nitrogen sealing scheme before commissioning of the Branch Pipeline is that the offtake pipeline section and branch pipeline section in the Branch Pipeline in Huangmei Station of Jiangxi Branch Pipeline are sealed with nitrogen, respectively. The operation procedure is as follows: flowrate of gas is regulated with valve, nitrogen is replaced and pressure of gas is raised. The gas transmission process in the Initial Station is changed based on the 2-stage flow regulation, and gas-push-nitrogen and gas pressure increasing are completed. The monitoring data after commissioning show that the nitrogen displacement is reasonable and the scheme is doable.
