  • 摘要: 国内对山区段大口径管道陡坡施工的技术经验相对较少,以川气东送魏家包改线段的陡坡段管道施工为例,从施工技术难点,施工方案的选取、确定及技术特点等方面对山区陡坡段施工进行分析和总结,详细介绍了在山区陡坡段进行管沟开挖施工过程中作业带的平整、管沟的开挖、管沟的清理和安全保护几个方面应注意的事项,有助于研究人员在实践中进一步探索大口径管道陡坡段的可行性施工技术,对类似情况下的施工具有一定的指导作用,同时也可为小口径管道陡坡施工提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The installation technology experience in large diameter pipeline in mountain steep slope areas is relatively less, and the gradient and length of Weijiabao Reroute Section in Sichuan Gas-to-East Gas Pipeline Project are especially rare in China. Taking the pipeline installation in steep slope area in the Section as an example, the installation technique for large diameter pipeline are analyzed and summarized in terms of the difficulty in installation technique, operation scheme selection and technical features, etc. Right of way leveling, ditch digging, pipe corridor cleaning and the requirements in personnel safety and protection are provided in details during excavating in mountain steep slope areas. This technology can help researchers to further explore the feasibility in installation technology for large diameter pipeline in mountain steep slope areas. It plays a guiding role in similar operation condition and also provides a reference for small diameter pipeline installation in mountain steep slope areas.
