  • 摘要: DANIEL氮气式水击泄压阀具有流通能力强、反应灵敏、适应性强、安全稳定性好、自动化程度高等特点,可跟踪阀前端水击压力的变化,当输油管道中的介质发生水击,压力达到阀门的设定值时,其能够快速开启,从而有效保护管道。介绍了仪征-长岭原油管道全线十座站场使用的DANIEL氮气式水击泄压阀的结构,工作原理,安装、启用及停用操作过程,阐述了压力设定点的检查过程和试验方法,指出了常见故障,提出了解决方案,可供长输原油管道的管理人员、技术人员和设备维护人员参考。

     

    Abstract: The DANIEL nitrogen water hammer relief valve bears the features of high flow capability, sensitive response, safe and stable, highly automatic integration, etc. It can detect the valve front water hammer pressure. When pipeline suffers from water hammer and the pressure hits the preset threshold, the valve can open immediately to protect the pipeline effectively. The relief valves are installed in ten pump stations along the Yizheng-Changling crude oil pipeline. Its structure, working principle, installation, starting/stopping operation procedures are introduced. The method of checking and testing on pressure threshold is also illustrated. The common faults are listed and the corresponding solutions are provided, which can be taken as a reference for the pipeline management personnels, technical engineers and facility maintenance operators.
