  • 摘要: 复式发动机也称活塞发动机,是利用一个或者多个活塞将燃料燃烧的热能转换成机械能的机器。往往复式发动机主要由曲柄连杆机构、配气机构、燃料供给系统、润滑油系统、冷却系统、点火系统、启动系统等组成;工作原理是由进气、压缩、做功及排气4个行程组成一个工作循环,工作循环不断重复,实现热能与机械能的相互转换,使发动机连续运转。往复式发动机工作效率高,易于现场维护,输出功率对海拔和环境温度的敏感度相对较小,在驱动管道输油泵方面,优于燃气轮机。伴随世界管道工业的飞速发展,应用往复式发动机驱动输油泵将会获得迅速发展。

     

    Abstract: Reciprocating engine is also called piston engine, and it is the machine which transforms thermal energy from burnt fuel into mechanical energy through one or more pistons. Reciprocating engine is mainly consisted of crank connecting link, admission gear, fuel feeding system, lubricating system, refrigerating system, ignition system and starting system etc. Operating principle of the engine is presented. The work cycle which consists of air admission, compression, applying work and air exhaust is constantly repeated, so the transformation from thermal energy into mechanical energy is implemented, and the engine is under continuous operation. Reciprocating engine can be worked in efficiency and be prone to field maintenance, and its output power is less sensitivity to altitude and ambient temperature. So in driving oil pump reciprocating engine is more preponderant than gas turbine. Reciprocating engine in the oil pump driving will be widely applied with the rapid development of world pipeline industry.
