清管作业冰堵问题与解决建议
Suggestions and solutions to the ice blockage problem in pigging operation

摘要: 西气东输二线张掖-永昌段存在地温低、地势复杂、落差大等不利于清管作业的因素, 自投产运行以来, 多次出现冰堵引起的压力异常问题。为此, 选择两直四碟型皮碗结构清管器进行清管作业, 介绍了两次清管堵球事故的处理过程。产生冰堵的原因包括: 天然气水合物的生成, 清管器结构中射流孔与泄流孔的存在, 输量和地温的变化等; 解决冰堵问题的措施: 降低气质源头的水含量, 清除管道试压的残余水, 取消清管球结构中的射流孔, 向管道中注醇, 合理控制管道输量, 以及选择地温较高的时间段实施清管作业。Abstract: Zhangye-Yongchang Pipeline Section in West-to-East Gas Pipeline II has suffered from abnormal pressure problem due to ice blockage many times in the stage of commissioning and running, caused by the low ground temperature, complex terrain, pipeline trend fluctuation and large drop. Two-straight-four-papilionaceous-cup pig that has high power and performance launch system is selected to carry out pigging operation. The troubleshooting process for blocked pig in two pigging operations is introduced. Ice blockage happened, because of formation of gas hydrate, jet hole and drain hole in pig, changes of throughput and ground temperature. The measures to alleviate ice blockage failure include decreasing water content in gas source, clearing residual water in hydrotest, removing jet hole in pig, alcohol injection, reasonable controlling throughput and pigging at higher ground temperature.
