  • 摘要: 成品油管道盗油点的抢修主要采用机械卡箍、板式、盖帽、封堵三通等方法。机械卡箍法和板式抢修法适用于“盗油卡子”方便清除的情况, 前者存在卡箍制作精度或作业环境不满足条件, 容易导致二次泄漏的问题; 后者采用简单的堵漏板替代复杂的卡箍夹具, 应用链式紧固器快速压紧堵漏板, 解决了卡箍夹具焊接困难的问题, 安全可靠性高。盖帽抢修法适用于“盗油卡子”焊接较牢固、不漏油或轻微漏油的状况。描述了盖帽法中管道抢修堵漏卡具非引流式和引流式的基本原理。为提高盖帽法抢修的有效性、长期性、安全性, 还可以进一步采用封堵三通法。在抚顺演武-营口鲅鱼圈成品油长输管道应用上述方法并取得了一定的效果。结合抢修现场的具体情况, 基于安全可靠性、抢修成本、对管道运行的影响、修复寿命等多因素的加权综合分析评价, 选择抢修方法, 并依据相关标准开展抢修工作。

     

    Abstract: The main emergency repair methods for the leak point of products pipeline caused by oil stealing include mechanical clamp, plate type, blocking cap, and plugging tees etc. The emergency repair methods of mechanical clamp and plate type are both suitable for the case that "oil-stolen clips" is easy removed. When the former method is used, If the manufacture precision of clamp or the working environment does not meet the conditions, then that will be easily lead to the problem of secondary leakage. But in the latter method, the simple plugging plate is used to displace the clamp. The plugging plate is pressed rapidly by using the chain fastening devices, which solves the problem in welded clamp with high safety and reliability. The blocking cap method is suitable for the cases that the "oil-stolen clips" welded with pipe is strong, not or mild leaking oil. The basic principle of non-drainage and drainage which are used in the blocking cap method is described in detail. The plugging tees method can also be used in order to improve the effectiveness, long-term, security of emergency repair. These methods are applied in the Fushun Yanwu-Yingkou Bayuquan Products Pipeline and have achieved some results. The repair methods should be selected according to the result of multi-factors weighted comprehensive assessment based on the specific conditions in the field, these factors include safety and reliability, repair costs, the impact of pipeline operation, repair life, etc. and repair work is carried out in accordance with relevant standards.
