单台离心式天然气压缩机的性能测试

  • 摘要: 离心式天然气压缩机在新机投产或维修后均需进行性能测试, 以某压缩机站为例, 单机运行条件下, 以进出口电动调节阀调节压缩机进出口压力, 从入口截流降低压缩机的进口压力, 出口截流憋压提高压缩机的出口压力, 进而提高压比和压缩机负荷。在保证管道正常运行前提下, 针对不同的运行工况, 通过站进出口旁通调节阀调节流量。实例说明了压缩机性能测试的操作过程和进出站压力的变化情况。从压力和流量角度分析了压缩机性能测试对干线管道输气生产的影响, 总体上影响不大, 但对支路及其设备的影响较大, 主要表现为磨损管道、缩短调节阀使用寿命等。提出了压缩机性能测试的注意事项。

     

    Abstract: Perform testing on individual centrifugal gas compressor needs to be taken after they are put into operation or repaired. Taking a gas compressor station as an example, the testing idea of individual compressor operation condition is that the inlet/outlet electric control valves are adopted to adjust the inlet/outlet pressure. The basic principle is that the inlet fluid is throttled to reduce the inlet pressure of compressor and the outlet fluid is throttled to increase the outlet pressure, thus improving the compression ratio and the loading of the compressor is made. Under the precondition of gas transmission pipeline running, flowrate can be controlled through adjusting the inlet/outlet bypass valve in the light of different running conditions. Testing process of compressor's performance and variation of inlet/outlet pressure are provided in a case. The influence of performance testing of compressor on pipeline operation is analyzed from pressure and flowrate.Resultsdisplay that the overall influence is slight, but it is bigger on branch line and equipment, which mainly focuses on the wear of pipeline and the reduction of regulator service life, etc. Attention issues on the performance testing of compressor are proposed.
