中洛管道混合原油凝点和粘度的测量与计算

Measurement and calculation of gel point and viscosity of blended crude oil in Zhong-Luo oil pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对由于原油流向调整, 中原油田-洛阳炼油厂输油管道(中洛管道)输送混合原油安全经济运行的需要, 测试了进口原油与中原原油按不同比例混合后的流变参数, 表明即使将混合比例调至4:1, 混合原油的凝点仍高达14℃, 不能实现全年常温输送。基于不同比例混合原油的物性, 优选了混合原油凝点和粘度计算模型, 与线性模型和刘天佑模型Ⅰ、Ⅱ相比, 李闯文混合原油凝点预测模型的计算误差最小, 其最大预测偏差仅1.5℃; 在14种混合原油粘度预测模型中, Bingham修正模型Ⅱ的计算误差最小, 其绝对平均预测偏差为6.6%, 最大绝对预测偏差为22.1%。

     

    Abstract: To meet the needs of safe, economic operation of blended crude oil pipeline transportation between Zhongyuan Oilfield-LuoYang Refinery(Zhong-Luo Pipeline)after flow direction change, rheological parameters with different blended ratio of import oil and ZhongYuan Oil are measured.Resultsshow that the pour point of blended oil is still 14℃, although the blending ratio is at 4:1, which can not ensure the pipeline running at ambient temperature transportation all year long. Based on the physical properties of blended oil, pour point and viscosity models such as linear model, Liu TianYou Model Ⅰ and Ⅱ, Li Chuangwen Model etc are selected. Among them, Li Chuangwen Model has the minimum difference with maximum predicted difference 1.5℃. Modified Bingham model Ⅱ has the smaller calculation difference of average predicted difference 6.6% and maximum 22.1%, among the 14 models.
