Large diameter pipeline construction practices in steep slope tunnel

  • 摘要: 以川气东送管道工程山区段大溪亮隧道陡坡段为例, 总结了陡坡隧道大口径管道施工技术难点, 提出了具体施工方案和关键技术: 总体施工顺序为土建施工在先, 管道安装施工在后; 基于单管运输的需求和自然条件的限制, 管道安装自上而下进行; 单管运输采用加装变频器的卷扬机提供动力, 专用轨道式运管小车完成运送; 卸管和管子组对借助联合倒链架, 并利用卷扬机进行动力牵引。上述技术均来源于实践, 具有良好的可行性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: Taking the DaXiLiang steep slope tunnel section in the mountainous section of Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline Project as an example, the technical difficulties of large diameter pipeline construction in steep slope tunnel have been summarized and concrete construction schemes and key technologies have been put forward too. Construction sequence is that the civil construction is made prior, and pipeline installation and construction follow it. Considering the demands of single pipe transportation and the constraints of natural conditions, the pipeline installation has been executed from the top to bottom of the steep slope. The hoister with transducer can provide the power in single pipe's transportation, and special railway car is used to convey the pipe. Pipe unloading and pipe string in the construction process have been done by using combination chain block shelves, and the hoister have been used to provide traction power. All the techniques are derived from the practice, with good feasibility and practicality.
