珠海-中山天然气管道运行压力的选择

摘要: 合适的运行压力对于保证天然气长输管道的安全生产至关重要。管道运行压力的选择应遵循以下原则: 第一, 出现故障时, 能够做到上下游统筹兼顾; 第二, 建立管道允许运行的压力区间; 第三, 选定管道正常运行的压力区间; 第四, 确定不同岗位允许控制的压力区间。珠海-中山天然气管道设计最高运行压力为7.1MPa, 根据用户需求调整最低运行压力, 当管道正常运行时, 最低运行压力为4.5MPa; 当上游中断供气时, 将最低运行压力调整为4.67MPa; 当下游用户中断用气时, 最高运行压力按照6.3MPa进行管理和控制。同时, 管道运行压力的选择还需要考虑台风、设备故障等因素。管道输送企业进行运行压力局部调节的作用是极为有限的, 为适应天然气产业链条化的发展现状, 应建立从生产到最终用户的快速、有效的协调机制。Abstract: Suitable operating pressure is of vital importance to the safety of long distance gas pipeline. Determination of operating pressure of such pipeline should be abided by following principle: first, overall considering the upstream and downstream of pipeline when the pipeline system is failure; second, establishing the range of pipeline allowing operation pressure, third, determining the range of pipeline normal operation pressure and fourth, determining the range of control pressure for different positions. The maximum design operating pressure of Zhuhai-Zhongshan gas pipeline is 7.1 MPa. According to user's requirements, the minimum operating pressure is adjusted. During normal operation, the minimum operating pressure of pipeline is 4.5 MPa. When the upstream gas supply is interrupted, the minimum operating pressure is adjusted to 4.67 MPa; when the downstream gas supply to user is interrupted, the maximum operating pressure is adjusted to 6.3 MPa in accordance with the management and control. Meanwhile, influence factors such as typhoon, equipment failures etc. should be taken into account when determining the pipeline operating pressure.
