寻优范围、站间距与热油管道的运行经济性

Analysis of operation economy with the optimization search space and station spacing for hot oil pipeline

  • 摘要: 应用非线性规划方法研究了温度寻优范围、站间距长度因素对热油管道运行经济性的影响。结果表明: 寻优范围对管道最佳输量范围和随输量增大经济运费呈下降趋势的影响不大; 但随着寻优范围下限的提高, 经济运费呈上升趋势, 且在低输量段表现明显, 因此通过降低寻优范围下限, 可以获得经济性相对较好的运行方案, 但可能受到工程实际条件的制约而无法实施。站间距长度的变化对节流损失的影响与输量有关, 在中低输量范围, 影响较小, 但随着输量增大, 站间距较短管道的节流损失快速增长区范围扩大, 节流损失峰值点延后, 且损失值增大; 站间距长度对节流损失的影响亦与寻优范围有关, 随寻优范围下限的提高, 站间距较短的管道, 在大多数输量点的节流损失增大, 动力经济性下降; 合适的站间距长度应基于输量、管径、泵型配置和管道承压能力等诸多工况条件共同确定。

     

    Abstract: Influence factor in the scope of optimum temperature and length of station spacing in operation economy for hot oil pipeline is studied by nonlinear optimization method. Results show that the influence of optimum scopes on optimal throughput of pipeline and the trend that economic transport costs decrease with the increase of oil throughput is slight. However, the transport costs will increase as the lower limit of the search space is set higher, which is very distinct in the case of lower throughput. So it is possible to obtain a more economical plan by decreasing the low limit of the search space, but it would be impracticable due to the limit in actual pipeline. The variation in the length of station spacing is related to the influence of throttle loss accompanied throughput, and it is slight in lower and medium throughput scopes, but as the throughput increases, the throttle loss for the pipeline with shorter station spacing will increase rapidly and go dramatically. Further the climax of the throttle lost will be lagged. The effect of different station spacings on throttle loss is also related to the optimization search scope. As the low limit of the search space is going up, the throttle loss for shorter station spacing will increase at most of the throughput points. Therefore its economy decreases. Rational station spacing length should be determined by considering all of the following parameters, that is, throughput, the pipe diameter, pump types and maximum allowable operation pressure and so on.
