Determination of pigging cycle for gas transmission pipeline in Sulige Gasfield

  • 摘要: 以输气效率作为确定输气管道清管周期的依据, 若输气效率低于90%, 则需实施清管作业。基于摩阻因数、管输流量、输气效率的计算, 建立了苏里格气田天然气集输管道清管周期的数学模型, 计算了各段集输管道在不同输气量下的输气效率和压差关系曲线, 依此可以确定不同输气工况下的清管周期。

     

    Abstract: Based on friction factor, flowrate and gas transmission efficiency, mathematical model for pigging cycle is built for gathering and transportation pipelines in Sulige Gasfield. The gas transmission efficiency and pressure difference curve for each section of pipeline at different flowrates are calculated, by which pigging cycle under different operation conditions can be determined.
