The application of ultrasonic metering system in Trans-Uzbekistan Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 基于超声流量计的发展现状、性能特点、计量原理、结构组成, 及中乌输气管道的生产和商业计量需求, 从系统组成、设备安装、信号传输等方面介绍了中乌输气管道超声计量系统。系统由4声道超声流量计(USM)、流量计算机(FC)、压力变送器(PT)、温度变送器(TT)和气相色谱仪(GC)等设备组成, 超声流量计成橇安装, USM、PT、TT和GC的数据信号分别传到FC, FC负责根据相关参数计算标准状况下计量交接的体积流量。对系统使用中的几个技术问题进行了分析和探讨, 包括标况流量范围、噪声干扰、管道和气流的清洁、小流量扰动、振动、声道报警、备用断电、环境温度等, 提出了方法和建议, 对超声流量计的操作和维护有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The ultrasonic metering system in Trans-Uzbekistan Gas Pipeline is introduced with regard to its system composition, equipment installation, signal transmission, etc. based on its current development, specification, principle and structure. The system is composed of 4-channel ultrasonic flowmeter(USM), flow computer (FC), pressure transmitter(PT), temperature transmitter(TT)and gas chromatograph(GC). The signals from USM, PT, TT, GC are transferred to FC. The FC is employed to calculate the volumetric flow based on relevant parameters under standard condition. A couple of technical topics are analyzed and discussed, which provides a direction to the operation and maintenance of ultrasonic flowmeter in flowmeter range under standard condition, noise disturbance, pipe and gas cleaning, small flowrate disturbance, vibration, sound alert, backup shutdown, environment temperature, etc.
