高压蒸汽清灰技术在原油加热炉中的应用

摘要: 原油加热炉经过一个阶段的运行后, 对流炉管表面积灰严重, 分析了积灰的成分、成因及其对炉管的腐蚀情况, 提出了高压蒸汽清灰技术用于加热炉清灰的技术要求, 研制了高压蒸汽清灰系统。基于加热炉对流室的结构, 选择高温水蒸汽的压力为0.7 MPa, 温度为150℃; 根据高温蒸汽的力学性能、制造工艺和相关计算结果, 确定了喷枪的喷头结构; 根据对流室的宽度, 选择了喷枪杆的长度。工业应用实践表明: 加热炉经该系统清灰后, 烟囱的排烟温度平均降低75~100℃, 炉效提高5%以上, 减少了炉管腐蚀, 节约了燃料。Abstract: The soot accumulation at the surface of convection coil of heater occurred after it was put into operation for some time. Through analyzing the soot composition, causes of soot accumulation and the effect of soot accumulation on tube corrosion, technical requirements for high-pressure steam soot cleaning technology used in heater were put forward. Finally, a high-pressure steam soot cleaning system was developed. Based on the structure of convection chamber of heater, the high temperature steam pressure and temperature were selected as 0.7 MPa and 150℃, respectively. According to mechanical properties of the high temperature steam, manufacture processes and related calculation results, the burner structure was determined, and according to the width of convection chamber, the length of burner was chosen. Industrial application results of the above high-pressure steam soot cleaning system showed as follows: (1)reducing the average exhaust temperature(about 75~100 ℃), (2)improving the efficiency of heater(> 5%), (3)reducing the corrosion of the heater tube and(4)saving fuel.
