Study of Corrosion Predicting Methods for Gas Field Gathering Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对气田集输管道腐蚀诸多因素的复杂性和不确定性以及管道腐蚀剩余寿命预测困难等问题, 提出了适用于集输管道腐蚀预测的两种评价方法, 即概率统计方法和人工神经网络方法。研究表明, 这两种方法能较好地预测集输管道腐蚀变化趋势, 为管道剩余寿命预测提供可靠依据。对腐蚀评价方法的发展趋势进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: In view of the complexity and uncertainty of the factors contributing to the gathering pipeline corrosion and the difficulty of predicting the remaining service life of corroded pipe, two methods, the probabilistic statistics and artificial nerve network, are compared and studied to predict the remaining life of in-service corroded pipe.These methods can predict the corrosion variability of pipeline and provide the remaining life predicting credibly.Finally, the authors prospect the developing trend on predicting methods.
