Calculate the Discharge Head of Pump under the Condition of Two-phase Flow

  • 摘要: 针对两相流中分相流下混输泵的扬程计算方法, 在分相流模型下计算泵扬程时假设气相和液相有各自的速度, 且相间无能量传递, 可能有质量转移, 为此, 泵提供给流体的扬程可分为两部分, 一部分提供给液体, 另一部分提供给气体, 同时假设泵进口到出口过程中为等温变化。在计算泵提供给气体的扬程时给出了三种算法, 并对实例计算结果进行了分析比较。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the calculation method on the discharge head of pump at two-phase flow, this paper carries out a calculation on the assumption that both gas phase and liquid phase has itself velocity, no energy transports between them, but maybe mass transfers, so that, the discharge head provided to fluid by pump can be divided into two parts, that is, one is provided to the liquid, and the other is provided to gas. Meantime assumed that, the variation of the fluid within the inlet and outlet of pump is a isothermal process. About the calculation on the discharge head provided to gas by pump, the paper presents three kinds of calculation methods, analyzes and compares the case calculation results.
