Development of Technique Calculation Software for Gas-liquid Two-phase Flow Pipelines

  • 摘要: OGTPP软件具有湿天然气管道的稳态和瞬态计算、油气两相单模型和组合模型计算、专用的工艺计算和湿天然气物性参数计算模块等功能。与实测值进行了对比, 该软件在多相流模拟方面具有足够的精度, 能正确反映沿线压力和温度的变化趋势。实际运用表明, OGTPP操作方便、界面友好、分析能力强, 能满足多相流管道设计和管理的需要。

     

    Abstract: The function of OGTPP includes that it is able to steady and transient calculating for wet natural gas, and it can use single model and component model to calculate technology parameter for oil-gas two-phase. At the same time the OGTPP has the compulsive module foe technology calculating and property parameter calculus. This software has good precision by means of compare with the measured data, and it can give the variable trend of pressure and temperature well. The example analysis shows that the OGTPP is easy to use and has good analysis ability, can satisfy the needs of multiphase flow pipeline designing and operating management.
