Abstract: Take the Zhenhai National Petroleum Reserve Tankfarm as an example, this paper introduces the principle about choosing the location of national petroleum tankfarm. Analyzed and studies the technical issues on technological process, general layout, dewater and piping department, then presents some solutions about the questions usually be encountered in the design of national petroleum tankfarm.
