Abstract:
Scientific programming the city's natural gas pipeline network can improve economic profits, reliabilityand stability of pipeline network. So it is necessary to give an overview of the actualities of natural gaspipeline network programming in cities only for associates' reference. The purpose, content and method ofnatural gas pipeline network programming in cities are introduced and a brief retrospect is made in this paper. The application of graph theory, dynamic programming, neural networks, MCST method, constrained derivatives, etc. to pipeline network programming is also recommended in details. Through the development of natural gas pipeline network programming, multiple objectives programming, fuzzy programming, grey programming are found to be the orientation of development of natural gas pipeline network programming in cities. Furthermore, development of software in this field and introduction of software abroad should be stressed to improve the programming efficiency.
