重油燃烧机预热器测温铜管的焊补工艺

Repair Welding Method of Temperature Survey Copper Tube for the Preheater of Heavy Oil Burner

  • 摘要: 通过对紫铜与Q235-A低碳钢的特性比较及其焊接性能分析,指出采用氩弧焊焊接工艺可有效弥补铜与低碳钢焊接存在的熔合性差、易产生裂纹和气孔等缺陷。以魏岗—荆门输油管道胡集输油站加热炉附件重油燃烧机燃料油预热器内的测温铜管渗漏焊补为例,介绍了氩弧焊焊接工艺的具体流程。经压力测试和实际应用效果表明,其焊补质量完全达到相关标准的要求。

     

    Abstract: The temperature survey copper tube for the preheater of heavy oil burner is an important accessory of heater. This article introduces a repair welding method for the leaked temperature survey copper tube. The argon arc welding technology is used in repair welding to fulfill the welding between Q235-A soft steel with copper. The pressure test and operation show that the repair welding quality meets the relative requirements of heater.
