轻质油装车系统的改造

Technological Reform of Light Oil Loading System

  • 摘要: 采用密闭定量装车可有效地降低损耗,提高环境质量,保证安全生产。以石家庄炼油厂敞开式轻油装车系统的整体改造为例,介绍了实现轻油密闭自控装车的整体改造方案和具体改造内容。改造后的密闭装车自控系统可自动记录定值控制器采集的所有信号和相关数据,利用模拟工艺流程进行自动分析,通过分散集中式的控制系统实现对鹤管装车的自控管理。

     

    Abstract: Take the technological reform of light oil loading system of Shijiazhuang Refinery as an example, the authors give a case involved in light oil loading with closed automatic system. Based on an automatic operation way, the reformed closed loading system can record signals and relative parameters with set point controller, analyze the simulated oil loading process and manage the loading arm by means of dispersion-centralization control system, which effectively reduce the loss of light oil during loading and protect environment.
