A New Reformation Process in Pour Point Depressant Synthesis

  • 摘要: 通过对降凝剂复配的研究,提出并验证了降凝剂复配理论,得到了降凝剂复配规律。复配出的GY-3系列降凝剂通过室内试验和在管道上的应用,表明该降凝剂可改善魏荆线、中洛线、濮临线、花格线、塔里木、大庆和任丘等多种含蜡原油的低温流动性,并具有良好的稳定性能。

     

    Abstract: A reformation theory of pour point depressant is verified and the reformation law of pour point depressant is obtained by means of research on reformation of pour point depressant. The laboratory experiment and application in some oil pipelines with GY-3 serial pour point depressants show that this kind of depressant can significantelly improve the low-temperature flowability of waxy crude oils transported by Weijing Oil Pipeline, ZhongLuo Oil Pipeline, PuLin Oil Pipeline and HuaGe Oil Pipeline, as well as Tarim Oil, Daqing Oil and Renqiu Oil, with remarkable stability.
