Analysis on the Energy Saving of Tight Line Transportation Technology in Jianghe Multi-purpose Station

  • 摘要: 江河联合站罐输工艺存在着能耗大、污染环境等问题,为了达到安全生产、节能降耗的目的,需要对输油工艺进行改造,通过分析制约江河联合站原油密闭输送的诸多因素,提出了相应的改进措施,实现了江河联合站原油的密闭输送,提高了输油系统综合效率。

     

    Abstract: Jianghe Multi-purpose Station, located at Zhongyuan Oilfield, undertakes oil transportation as its major task. With complicated transportation process, the oil to be transported should be systematically treated by three-phase separator, steady heater, oil stabilizer, stabilizer-bottom pump, oil tank, pipeline pump and pipe-line heater, and then to the next station. The problem in high energy consumption and low work efficiency exist during this process. To deal with the problem, some measures to enhance the overall efficiency of transportation system with tight line transportation way are put forward.
