    Abstract: A method to measure the geometric height of pontoon roof of vertical floating roof tank is presented in th: article. Compared with the method specified in the State Measurement Regulation, this method is characterized hy simple and accuracy in operation. This paper introduces the basic principle and calculation steps to this method.
