Technological Analysis on Gas Transmission with Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在介绍濮临输油管道情况的基础上,对濮临输油管道改输天然气所要进行的前期工作进行了总结,根据中济输气管道工程的需要,对濮临输油管道的部分管段进行了安全整改,通过对管道应力分析和强度计算,校核了管道剩余强度,对Q235—A·F管材管道的应用以及输油管道改输天然气的可行性等进行了分析,为其它输油管道改输天然气提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Puyang-Linyi Oil Transportation Pipeline was put into operation more than 20 years with total length of 261.556 km and 9 heated pump stations in the whole line. To meet the needs of gas supply to Ji'nan City of Shandong Province, the partial pipeline section of the pipeline (Puyang-Duanzhuang pipe section, 213.83 km in length) will be transformed to transmit natural gas. To fulfill this project for the purpose of safety and reliability, the stress analysis, strength and residual strength calculation on the original pipeline were made. According to the calculation result, an accumulative 11.88 km-long pipe section was displaced substituted L360 steel pipe instead of Q235-A·F steel pipe. The transformed pipeline was successfully brought to stream in 1999.
