管壁剪切应力对蜡沉积的影响
Impact of Shear Stress of Pipe Wall on Wax Deposition

摘要: 根据Fick扩散方程,提出了管流条件下扩散至管壁处可析出蜡分子的沉积系数,用该系数描述了管流中油流的冲刷作用对蜡沉积的影响。通过对新疆的几种油样进行试验研究,结果表明,当温度或流速发生变化从而引起管壁剪切应力变化时,沉积系数随着管壁剪切应力的增大而减小。Abstract: According to Fick's equation, deposit coefficient of the wax molecule crystallization that diffuses to the pipe wall is proposed to describe the impacts of the flow on the wax deposition. Wax deposition of Xinjiang crude oil is investigated on a test loop and the following conclusion can be derived: the deposit coefficient decreases as the shear stress at the pipe wall increases incurred by the change of the temperature or velocity of tile flow.
