重油储罐加热盘管水击分析及防治方法

An Analysis on Water Hammer of Heating Coil of Heavy Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 以中原油田石油化工总厂114号3 000 m3渣油罐为例, 对造成重油储罐加热盘管内漏失效的水击现象进行了分析。指出除加热盘管本身固有的因素外, 加热盘管进气阀门开启过快和排水效果差是引起油罐加热盘管产生水击的直接因素。同时还介绍了防止油罐加热盘管产生水击的方法, 如优化加热盘管出水口的设计、选择优质的疏水阀、定期进行清洁和维护及严格执行正确的操作规程等。

     

    Abstract: A set of heating coil installed in No. 114 residual tank(3000 m3) leaked in 1995. Analysis results have shown that serious water hammer is the major cause. To prevent the heating coil from water hammer, some measures are put forward, including improving the design of heating coil outlet, adopting quality drain valve and cleaning/maintaining on a regular basis.
