Plastic Collapse Pressure of Extruded Piping Branch Junctions: Experimental Results and Numerical Simulation

  • 摘要: 对两种典型的国产冷挤压三通进行了整体屈服试验研究, 测量了各部位壁厚尺寸, 并探讨了采用非线性有限元技术分析其极限承载能力的可行性。结果表明, 挤压三通的极限承载能力不小于相应直管的理论值, 建立在一定简化基础上的有限元模型可以很好地反映其整体屈服特征。

     

    Abstract: The collapse behavior of 2 typical homemade extruded piping branch tees, under internal pressure loading, was examined experimentally. Dimensional surveys were also conducted. Finally, the feasibility of finite element (FE) simulations of test case was discussed. The results show that the limit pressure of extruded piping branch tee is not smaller than the theoretical limit value of straight pipe, and its collapes behavior can be imaged by FE model based on some simplification and hypothesis.
