Experimental Instruments and Measurement Methods for Investigation of Synergism between Wear and Corrosion

  • 摘要: 设计和试验了旋转试片式摩擦电化学试验装置。该装置用来研究腐蚀和磨损过程的交互作用。并用称重法和电化学方法确定腐蚀和磨损过程中材料总损失量、纯腐蚀量、纯磨损量和交互作用量。交互作用的两个分量为腐蚀增量和磨损增量, 这两个分量同样可以从测量中得到。这些数据为研究腐蚀和磨损过程材料损失模型提供了研究基础。

     

    Abstract: The friction-electrochemical experimental instruments with rotary coupons had been designed and tested. These instruments were used to investigate the synergism between wear and corrosion. The total weight loss, the plain erosion weight loss, the plain corrosion weight loss and the synergism part in erosion-corrosion process were measured by weighing and electrochemical methods. In addition, the synergism part could be also divided into two subsections: erosion addition and corrosion addition that could be also calculated from above measurements. These data could be used to study the material weight-loss models in erosion-corrosion process.
