Protecting Outside Bottom Plate of Tank with CP Technology

  • 摘要: 针对油罐罐底外部腐蚀问题研制出的可换性镁带阳极阴极保护技术专利, 解决了油罐罐底外侧阴极保护这一难题。在一座5000m~3油罐上应用了该项技术, 从安装后的现场测试数据可知, 整个罐底已达到有效保护, 防腐效果良好, 并将该项技术的费用与油罐大修换底板的费用进行了经济比较。

     

    Abstract: The replaceable magnesium anode has been developed in accordance with the corrosion of outside bottom plate of oil tank.This kind of anode has been used in a 5 000 m3 oil tank.The site test data show that the whole bottom plate of tank has been effectively protected.
