Analysis on Sealing Mechanics of Secondary Seal

  • 摘要: 对比了外浮顶油罐一次密封与加装二次密封的密封效果, 分别介绍了一次密封、二次密封的结构及密封机理, 着重从对储液表面温度及变化的控制以及降低风荷载引起的油气损耗等方面分析了二次密封装置的机理。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the structure and sealing mechanics of primary seal and secondary seal are separately introduced and the sealing effectiveness of primary seal with the secondary seal installed in the floating roof tank has been compared. The sealing mechanics of secondary seal in the respect of controlling the surface temperature of liquid stored and its change as well as the light component loss induced in reducing the wind load is especially analyzed.
