螺旋焊管与直缝焊管裂纹断裂分析

Fracture Analysis on the Ⅰ/Ⅱ Mixed Cracks between Spiral Welded Pipe and UOE Welded Pipe

  • 摘要: 根据最大拉应力理论, 分析了焊管在受内压及残余应力的作用下, 焊缝区Ⅰ/Ⅱ混合型裂纹开裂角θ0与裂纹角β的关系, 并分析了具有不同裂纹缺陷时, 螺旋管与直缝管的断裂破坏强度。

     

    Abstract: Based on the maximum tension stress, the paper analyzed the cracking angle θ0 and crack angle β of Ⅰ/Ⅱ mixed cracks at weld zone with pipe loaded by pressure and residual stress, and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of fracture strength between spiral welded pipe and UOE welded pipe under different cracks flaw.
