Design and Actualization for Simulation Engine of Daqing——Tieling Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 计算机仿真技术已在输油管道的设计、培训和运行管理等方面得到了日益广泛的应用。能否对管道系统进行较好的动态仿真, 关键在于建立能够准确完整地描述管道动态运行时各种状态的数学模型, 以及对所建立数学模型的有效求解方法(仿真发动机)。介绍了大庆至铁岭输油管道计算机仿真系统发动机的设计和实现过程。该发动机的设计为进一步利用实际管道SCADA系统数据库的实时数据, 建立管道在线仿真软件提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The computer simulation technology has been widely used in the pipeline design, operating management and staffs training in the pipeline industry. It is the key to develop accurate mathematics model and find the solution to it (simulation engine), for operating situation of oil pipeline, whether it can been simulated correctly. In order to develop the computer simulation training system of Daqing-Tieling oil pipeline, the mathematics models suited to Daqing-Tiel-ing oil pipeline has been built. The paper has introduced the process of the design and the actualization of computer simulation system for Daqing-Tieling oil pipeline. The design of the simulation engine is the theoretical foundation to develop on-line simulation software of pipeline.
