The Determination of the Minimum Stock for Oil Depot

  • 摘要: 确定油库最小库容的目的是为了使油库能适应几天没有来油或几天没有发油的特殊情况, 为此, 运用系统工程理论探讨了油库系统的设计方法, 建立了油库系统的库存模型, 提出了用数学仿真技术确定油库最佳库容的方法。在确定油库库容时, 提出了油库必须满足某一最小库容的概念。由于油库系统设计方法考虑了油库与环境的相互作用, 因而与传统的周转系数法相比, 设计的库容将更为经济合理。

     

    Abstract: To determine the minimum stock is to satisfy the effects of some factors for oil depot. For example, no oil in or out for several days. This paper inquires into the design method and establishes the stock model of oil depot system by using the theory of System Engineering as well as advances a method to determine the best stock of oil depot by using the digital simulation technique. Compared with the traditional turnover coefficient method, the system design method will be more e-conomical and reasonable than the traditional method because the interactive effect between oil depot and environment has been considered in the system design method.
