Optimizing the Running Way of Main Pumps for Oil Product Pipeline with Batch Transportation

  • 摘要: 以格—拉成品油管道昆仑山口泵站的技术改造为例, 探讨了顺序输送多种油品的管道泵站的主泵运行方式, 通过对主泵并联运行和串联运行的各项参数计算、比较, 指出当顺序输送不同油品, 且各油品的输量相差较大时, 主泵运行方式采用串联比用并联具有较大的优越性。

     

    Abstract: Take the technological reform of Kunlunshankou pumping station in Golmud-Lhasa oil product pipeline as an example, the article discusses the running way of main pumps for oil product pipeline with batch transportation. The calculation of parameters and comparison on the paral- lel running and/or series running of main pumps have been made. It is pointed out that the running way of main pumps with the series running is more advantageous than the parallel running when the different oil products are delivered with batch transportation, while the throughput greatly differs between the oil products.
