Research on Yielding Behavior of Xinjiang Gelled Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 胶凝含蜡原油的屈服特性对输油管道的停输再启动有重要影响。用控制应力流变仪RS75对新疆胶凝原油的屈服特性进行了试验研究。结果表明, 新疆胶凝原油是一种粘弹性体, 在剪切应变小于胶凝原油的临界线性应变γcl范围内, 胶凝原油表现出线性粘弹性固体特性; 在应变大于γcl而小于其临界屈服应变γcy的范围内, 胶凝原油为非线性粘弹性体; 当应变大于γcy时, 胶凝原油才真正屈服流动。指出判定胶凝原油是否屈服流动的指标是临界屈服应变γcy, 而非屈服值。

     

    Abstract: The yielding behavior of gelled waxy crude oil has an important influence on the start-up of gelled crude oil pipeline. The yielding behavior of Xinjiang crude oil was studied by means of stress-controlled rheometer (RS75). The experiment results display that the gelled crude oil is visco-elastic material. When shear strain γ is less than critical linear strain γcl of gelled crude oil, the gelled crude oil behaves as linear visco-elastic solid. When 7 is larger than γcl and less than critical yielding strain γcy, it displays non-linear visco-elasticity. When γ is larger than γcy, the gelled crude oil really flows. So the criterion ascertaining gelled crude oil flow is γcy, and not its yielding value. But the yielding value is closely related to the construct properties of gelled crude oil.
