A Study for the Rheology Characteristics of Oil-water Two-phase Emulsion During Transportation in Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对垂直上升弹状流中油水乳化液在气体掺入时流变学特性的研究, 建立了管内流动油水乳化液粘度模型, 基于此模型, 油水乳化液在气体掺入下的流动特性可表现为气体扰动变稠的非牛顿流体特性、气体扰动变稀的非牛顿流体特性和与气体无关的非牛顿流体特性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the rheology characteristics of oil-water emulsion of slug flow under the disturbance of gas in vertical pipes is discussed. A new viscosity model of oil-water emulsion flowing in pipeline is purposed. Based on this model, gas, oil-water emulsion flow in a vertical upward pipe with various three hydrodynamic characteristics, namely, non-Newtonian fluid characteristics with gas disturbance thickening, non-Newtonian fluid characteristics with gas disturbance weakening, Newtonian fluid characteristics with gas disturbance irrespective.
