管道现场腐蚀疲劳试验结果分析

  • 摘要: 以库鄯输油管道现场腐蚀疲劳试验为例, 介绍了对API X65 ϕ610×7.1管道用钢采用人工海水、反复周期加载直至受试钢管螺旋焊缝出现开裂的试验过程, 通过进行力学、金相、腐蚀、失效分析, 确认根焊角开裂为应力集中所致。试验结果表明, 疲劳破裂易发生在母材韧性较差的部位, 其焊缝根焊角度至关重要。

     

    Abstract: Taking the in-line corrosion fatigue test of the Korla-Shanshan oil pipeline as an example, the paper introduces the test process. The testecthe pipe material, was API X65 ϕ610×7.1 mm line pipe, the test procedure was that the sample was periodically loaded with artifical seawater until welded seam of the sample fractured. The analysis on the mechanics, metallography, corrosion and fracture was made. The result showed that the fracture was induced by the stress concentration, the fatigue fracture easily arosen at the base metal with poor ductility, and the angle of root bead was of great importance.
