Abstract: In this paper, the economic assessment method on some technological transformation project of oil pipeline is introduced. The economic assessment of the project mainly includes the financial evaluation and national economy evaluation. The incremental evaluation index can be obtained by way of the incremental calculation on the project's benefit and investment, which can be used to determine the feasibility of project.
