Integrity Assesment on Buried Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在对影响管道运行可靠性和整体性原因分析的基础上, 重点提出了由腐蚀原因造成管道事故的评价方法, 指出应用B31G及其修正系数可较准确地确定腐蚀管段的允许安全强度, 采用电化学腐蚀理论可成功地解决预测泄漏时间、腐蚀速率和剩余使用寿命的问题。

     

    Abstract: Through analyzing the cause affecting the reliability and integrity of pipeline operation, the paper presents an evaluation method on pipeline accident caused by corrosion, and points out that ASME B31G and its correction factors can more accurately determine the allowable safety strength of corroded pipe section.and the possible leak time, corrosion rate, and residual service life of pipeline can be predicted with the electrochemical corrosion theory.
