管道腐蚀剩余强度评价

The Assessment of Remaining Strength of the Corroded Pipeline

  • 摘要: 基于现场采样管段腐蚀缺陷检测数据和智能检测器现场检测数据, 采用TGRC-ARSP软件、TCP-FEM数值分析方法和全尺寸试验方法评价了克拉玛依—乌鲁木齐复线ϕ529×7(8)管道腐蚀剩余强度。对严重腐蚀管段, 可采用全部更换或挖坑检测后再进行评价方案, 若在最大允许操作压力(3MPa)下, 能安全运行则不予更换; 对处在四级地区的中度腐蚀管段则需进行全部更换; 对处在一级、二级和三级地区的中度腐蚀管段可采取维修和加强阴极保护的措施。改造后的管道可在最大允许操作压力(3MPa)下安全运行, 并能满足油改气后对输气量的要求。

     

    Abstract: The paper reports an assessment on Kelamayi-Wulumuqi pipeline (ϕ529 × 7(8) mm) containing corrosion defect. The work has been done with TGRC-ARSP software, CTP-FEM finite element method and the bust test of full size pipe based on the indoor inspection of samples taken from the corroded pipeline and the in-line inspection of smart pig. According to the assessment resuits, if the corroded pipeline were partially replaced and coating repaired.it would be run safely at 3 MPa pressure. The advice on remedial action of the corroded linepipe has been given.
