运用水浮法修复油罐浮顶

Repairing Tank's Roof with Floating Technique

  • 摘要: 通过对浮顶油罐发生浮顶沉没事故的分析, 提出采用水浮法进行修复。其修复工艺为: 运用单盘的圆形薄膜原理, 通过浮力使浮顶复位, 将单盘与船舱分离, 变形的单盘因水的浮力浮起, 依靠锁紧卡具, 使单盘处于自然漂浮状态, 达到单盘平整。采用水浮法修复油罐浮顶与其它方案比较, 具有安全可靠、省时省力、经济性好、效果明显等特点。

     

    Abstract: The paper proposes a floating technique to repair the settled floating roof of tank. The repairing procedure is that the tank's roof is repositioned by means of floating, then the single-deck is floating off under the natural floating through the locking system, which levels off the single-deck. The paper considers that the floating technique is safe and reliable, fast repair, and economic compared with other repair methods in repairing tank's roof.
