Reticulated Anode System Can Better Protect Tank Bottom Plate

  • 摘要: 储罐底板的阴极保护可采用网状阳极系统、柔性阳极系统以及在储罐基础内铺设镁带等三种方式。经济比较表明, 在储罐底板采用网状阳极系统, 外侧无需使用防腐层, 既合理又经济。介绍了网状阳极阴极保护系统的性能、设计和安装, 并给出了保护电位测量结果。实践表明, 网状阳极是储罐阴极保护的一种新方法, 具有其它系统不可替代的优点。

     

    Abstract: The paper considers that the reticulated anode system, flexible anode system, and magnesium anode can be used to protect the tank's bottom plate. The economic comparison shows that it is more reasonable and economic to adopt the reticulated anode system at the tank's bottom plate without any preventive coating outside it. It introduces the performance of the reticulated anode in CP system, design, and installation, provides the protective potential. The authors consider the reticulated anode to be an unparalleled advantage beyond any protective system, which is a new method to protect the tank's bottom plate in CP system.
