管道裂纹的随机有限元可靠性研究

摘要: 根据管道的穿透性裂纹与非穿透性裂纹起裂准则, 考虑管道的材料参数、几何参数以及温度载荷参数, 建立了管道的二次三阶矩几何非线性随机有限元方程, 对其表面裂纹这一随机机械损伤进行了可靠度计算, 并与Monte-Carlo有限元方法进行了比较。结果表明, 该可靠性研究方法适用于管道钢管的质量评价, 对评价管道的可靠性具有重要意义。Abstract: Based on the crack-making principle of penetrating crack and the material parameters, geometry parameters and loading parameters. The paper presents the geometry non-linear stochastic finite element function of pipeline's square-third order matrix, and the reliability on the crack of random machinery damage was calculated, then it was showed that the reliable research was truce and had a significance for appraising the pipeline reliability.
